I love this and am excited to hear more from you. I cried a little listening to your introduction. I’ve never left the Midwest, but have that same yearning for home. Still today. Will I ever feel at home again? I think you’re onto something being uprooted from a person or place before being ready. I’ll have to think about that for a bit. Anyways, loving this so far- can’t wait for more. ❤️ Jorie
Yeah, that's the issue I'm really interested in exploring. Why do we feel lost, even if we've never left home? How can we transform that sense of loneliness into a connection, or at least, accept that loss changes us into someone new, and learn to live with it?
Thanks so much for reading, Jorie. You were such a gift in my childhood, and you're still one today. ❤
Aww thank you. The feeling is mutual. I’m so grateful our lives intertwined as they did. This is such a great topic to explore, really intrigued by the connection aspect. I’m excited for your journey and here for the ride!
